This was a wonderful and again I could not put it down. Francine Rivers is one of if not my most favorite authors EVER! I love her, and commend her grealy for a wonderful talent she has.

 

This is about a girl growing up in the appliachain mountians with an irish american community, they believe that one person can come at the end of their life after they die and take thir ins upon them so they can be clean and go before God sinless and holy. Well Cadi feels very deeply and greatly for the sin eater, but is forbidden to think about it and talk about it.She Feels also awful for something that she has done in her life fopr spmething that she has done as well and this is why she thinks is why her Mother hates her and cannot look at her. So she takes it upon herself to find the sin eater and have him take her sin upon him. While she is still alive.

 This is as far as i dare go with the story, as to not ruin it for the new reader.
